The Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security is a core technology course at the Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUTMINNA).. The four-year degree course introduces students to the basics of the field. It teaches monitoring and protection procedures concerned with security activities and learn to apply them practically. During the course duration, there will be practical classes that involves protecting work with passwords and applying multiple security models and systems. BSc Cuber Security analyze case studies and policies to determine methods for planning security projects, protecting assets and creating response plans. Students also learn to track computer security violations.
- Two ‘A’ level passes in science subjects including Mathematics
- NCE with at least Merit in Mathematics and one other Science or Social Science subject
Five credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics with two other science subjects and a trade subject. UTME Subjects must include Mathematics, Physics and one of Biology, Chemistry, Agricultural Science, Economics and Geography
